Thiink.com is actively seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. We're on a mission to revolutionize energy and water management systems for a more sustainable future, and we need a skilled designer to help create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our products.

In this role, you will: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the design Ideal candidates will possess: Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio
